Two pairs of petalous and apetalous rapeseed sister lines were used as materials, and molecular marker method combined near isogenic strategy and bulk segregation strategy was employed to mark the petalcontrolled gene. With selection of 184 random primers,a RAPD marker S352580 was get.Further more this marker amplified with the primer S352 was confirmed to tightly link with petalcontrolled gene with materials of other apetalous lines and petalous cultivars.
