Effect of fertigation depth on dry matter partition and water use efficiency of corn

In this paper,experimental results of the influence of various fertigation depth on growth,dry matter partition,yield and water use efficiency of cron are presented.The results show:the fertigation depths of 20?30?40 cm restrained shoot to grow in early stage,strenthed the partition of roots in deep soil,and ensuered the absorption and application of corn to water and nutrient,then raised water use efficiency.On experimental conditions,the fertigation depth of 30 cm was optimal for corn.
