RAPD Markers of Flesh Color of Nectarine

WANG Zhi-gang,HAN Ming-yu~*,ZHAO Cai-ping,ZHANG Gui-fen(College of Horticulture,Northwest Sci-Tech University of Agriculture and Forestry,Yangling,Shaanxi 712100,China)  
F_1 plants of the direct cross of 'Qinguan'(white flesh) and 'Shuguang'(yellow flesh),two nectarine varieties(Prunus persica L.var.nectarina),was used at the materials to screen by RAPD and BSA(Bulk segregate analysis) the molecular markers closely linking to flesh color of nectarine fruits).s21-400 and s486-2 000.Two molecular markers linking to flesh color of nectarine fruits,were screened from 340 RAPD primers.With these two molecular markers and reported molecular markers,the traits of flesh color were mapped and s21-400 was found to be the marker that had the shortest distance of genetic linkage to the flesh color gene of nectarine fruits,which was 14 cM.
