RAPD Analysis of Eulaliopsis binata in Different Populations

LIU Chuan-hu,ZHOU Zhao-xi,ZHOU Yun,YAO Jia-ling~*(College of Life Science and Technology,Huazhong Agricultural University,Wuhan 430070,China)  
Genetic differences of 12 Eulaliopsis binata populations were examined by RAPD and morphological observation.124 bands were obtained with 16 ologonucleotide primers,of which,110 were polymorphic accounting 88.7%.Thd Shannon diversity index(I) was 0.359 0,the Nei's gene diversity(H) was 0.224 1 on species level.The twelve E.binata populations had a genetic similarity coefficient ranging between 0.48 and 0.99.According to their cluster and morphological analysis,the twelve E.binata populations could be classified into four types of which,one involved the 9 populations distributing in He'nan,Hubei and Shaanxi and the other three separately involved the population distributing in Yangxian of Shaanxi,the population distributing in Xingzi Mountain of Guangdong and the population in Baise of Guangxi.
