Effects of Nitrogen Levels on Growth and Content of Endogenous Hormones of Cigar Wrapper Leaves

The pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of nitrogen levels on growth and content of endogenous hormones of cigar wrapper leaves.The results showed:(1) Promoting the nitrogen applying could increase the N content and chlorophyll content in leaves and could also enlarge leaf area of cigar wrapper leaves.(2) CTK content,CTK/ABA and chlorophyll content had a terribly significantly positive coefficient with nitrogen content in leaves.(3) ABA content had a terribly significantly positive coefficient with leaf area,as well as a terribly significantly negatively coefficient with chlorophyll content;CTK and GA content had a terribly significantly positive coefficient with chlorophyll content.The growth of leaf,endogenous hormone content and its balance were closely related to nitrogen applying.Improving the level of nitrogen fertilizer applying can adjust and control the endogenous hormone content in leaves,thus affect the leaves growth.
