KINETIC STUDY ON ISOENZYMES AND ACTIVITIES OF SEVERAL ENZYMES IN SINENXANS HIGH YIELD CELL LINE Ts19 IN TISSUE CULTURES OF TAXUS CHINENSIS

The isoenzymes of peroxidase (POD),polyphenol oxidase (PPO),esterase (EST),andsuperoxide dismutase (SOD),amylase (AML) and cytochrome oxidase (COD) in sinenxans high yield cell line Ts19 derived from Taxus chinensis were studied using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE).The differences among patterns of these isoenzymes in those tissues were compared concerning sinenxans biosynthesis.The activities of phenylalanine ammonialyase (PAL),superoxide dismutase (SOD) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) were also tested to explore possible relationships between sinenxans biosynthesis and those enzymes.
