Advance on Handwritten Digital Recognition

The Handwritten Digital Recognition technology is a hot spot and difficult problem currently, which is the key job to input large amount of documents obtained. The technology has already played an important role in many areas, for example system control, arti- ficial intelligence, biomedical engineering, remote sensing data analysis, military target recognition, and widely used in national economy, national defense, social life and public security. The latest advance of The Handwritten Digital Recognition technology world widely is re- viewed as following.
