Customer Maintenance and Retention of IT Supporting

TANG San-wei(China Telecom Yichang branch,Yichang 443000,China)  
The article analyzes the current telecom customers sustain and retain the status quo and the lack of efficient it support to the problems posed by China Telecom,describes IT support and its characteristics,and uses IT to support technical team of the customer to maintain and retain the feasibility and necessity of the work,combined with the current actual needs,proposing a comprehensive application based on CRM.
