SAR Image Segmentation And Detection Based on Snake Model

This paper studies the objective of SAR image segmentation and detection methods based on Snake Model. Aimed at the weakness that Snake model can not converge concavity district correctly, an improved Snake model is proposed by adding the external constraint energy. In algorithm realization, the greedy algorithm is taken in. It can effectively utilize local information and global information of the image, accurately located boundary and maintain linear smooth. Experiment results indicate that the improved Snake model can be better converged into the concavity district of image.
