Flow Characteristics of the Two Phase Water and Steam Flow within a Quadruple-lead Ribbed Tube

In this article the test results of the flow characteristics of the two phase flow within a quadruple-lead ribbed tube on a test bed are described. Through analysis and interpretation of the test data, two diagrams illustrating the flow pattern are given. In addition, empirical formulas for calculating the frictional resistance and the void fraction are derived.
