Research on Radiant Characterstics of Various Coal Combustion Products

The importance and necessity of research on radiant characteristics of various coal combustion products are elucidated. The drawback of Russian pure experimental methods is pointed out.The paper suggests that the basic radiant characteristics should be expressed by the compound or emitting refraction index of the various sized particles,coal lumps and ash. The scope and methods of this research work are also presented.Figs 3 and refs.9.
