The Distribution Pattern of Heat Absorption Deviation of Superheaters and Reheaters along Furnace Width in Tangentially Fired Boilers

On the basis of numerical simulation of furnace processes in a 350MW boiler and some experimental data, this paper analyzed the distribution pattern of heat absorption deviation of superheaters and reheaters along furnace width in the furnace exit of tangentially fired boilers. The results show that there are dissimilar distribution patterns between convection and radiation superheater or reheater. The former appers as “M” shape, and the latter emerges in convex form. Figs 5 and refs 8.
