Research on The System Modeling of Universal Software for Boiler Heated Calculation

Heated calculation is the key work of boiler design but it is difficult to complete manually. Since 1970s, many kinds of boiler heated calculation software have been developed for particular uses. Concerning the diversity of boiler design, it is significant to develop universal and extendable software for heated calculation. This paper aims to make some contribution to this field. First, an abstract cognitive model of boiler is proposed, which cognizes boiler as a fluid transform network composed of generalized parts and generalized fluid nodes. Based on this, a robust and extendable object oriented software system model is built and described by UML. In its core object package for describing the fluid transform network, objects are defined at three levels, i.e. network's composing objects, network's basic topology objects, and network's redundant topology objects to construct the network dynamically and support the algorithm.
