Denitrification Property of Catalyst CeO_2/TiO_2-ZrO_2 with Strong Hydrothermal Stability and Sulfur Tolerance

CeO_2/TiO_2-ZrO_2 catalysts were prepared by the impregnation method for selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH_3,while effects of CeO_2 loading on catalyst,O_2 concentration,space velocity,NH_3/NO ratio,SO_2 concentration and water vapour on the catalytic activity investigated and the microstructure of the catalyst characterized by BET and XRD method.Results show that the existence of ZrO_2 in catalyst can raise its specific area and enhance the dispersion of CeO_2 on catalyst,therefore may result in high activity of the catalyst. CeO_2/TiO_2-ZrO_2 catalyst has high activity and stability in reducing NO.When the CeO_2 loading content is more than 10% and the space velocity is 30 000 h~(-1),NO removal efficiency can be kept in the range of 94.27%-99.63% at 250-450 ℃.In addition,when SO_2 and water vapor exist simultaneously,the NO removal efficiency increases with rising reaction temperature.NO removal efficiency can reach 92% even if the reaction temperature gets up to 400 ℃,indicating that the CeO_2/TiO_2-ZrO_2 catalyst has strong tolerance to water vapor and sulfur dioxide.
