Development of Ash Feedback and Jigger Control System Based on PLC

The automation degree of Jigger decides the washing efficiency and the product quality of the raw coal.Aiming at the situation that the automation degree of jigger is low,ash feedback and jigger control system was developed.It realizes the auto-control giving coal amounts,discharge material amounts,air-valve auto-control.It obtains good effect that the fuzzy PID control applied in the process of auto-discharging.The ash online feedback ensurs the ash target of clean coal.
