Short-term Economic Dispatch Sssociated with Interruptible Load and Wind Farm Variation

Interruptible load was introduced as a kind of spinning reserve to balance system's power under the error situation of short-term load wind power forecasting.The CVAR was used to depict the grid's security risks and consider the limitation of transmission lines transmit active power and be as a network security indicator.Then set up short-term economic dispatch including the randomness of interruptible load and wind farm.The total dispatch cost includes compensation cost due to the power supplying no sufficient in addition to generating cost.Through the IEEE14 system calculation,the result shows that the model is great of theoretical significance and practical value.
