Reactive Power Optimization of Distribution Network Based on Improved Genetic Algorithm

Zhang Hua Hao Jianqi (Shaanxi Regional Electric Power Group Company,Xi'an 710061)  
In this paper,based on the analysis of the status quo of the power grid safe and economic operation,it clarifies the need for Reactive Power Optimization,puts forward to save the loss of electricity up to target for the reactive power optimization mathematical model,and based on the traditional genetic algorithm,the paper introduces decimal encoding,the best individual preservation strategy and mutation operations with decimal yards plus or minus range of variation within a random number of operations improved genetic algorithm to solve the reactive power optimization model,finally,the algorithm is used to a 14-node grid system,the results show that the proposed algorithm in the optimization is basically the same effect,but also has less number of iterations,fast calculation and so on.
