ON THE RELATION BETWEEN INTERMEDIATE-BASIC DYKES AND MINERALIZATION IN LINGLONG GOLD ORE FIELD

The intermediate-basic dykes in the ore field can be divided into three classes, microcrystal diorite, lamprophyre and diabase . They are distributed widely. It is apparent that they increase in number and in thickness with depth from west to east.According to the distribution feature of the intermediate-basic dykes, their relation to gold-bearing quartz veins in space and time, similarity in development intensity and conformity in control structure, the close relation between intermediate-basic dykes and mineralization is dealt with. Based on the characters of sulfur-isotope composition, gold content of dykes and R-type factor analysis of microelements in ore and dykes, their genetic relation is further discussed, which has provided the important indicator for minerogenetic prognosis in depth in the ore field
