COMMENT UPON JOINT INVERSION OF MAGNETOTELLURIC DATA

This paper is a part of MT research works by the author recently. Many joint inversion methods are briefly reviewed. The paper describes some inversion methods which can improve the resolution and reduce the non-uniqueness,especial-ly indicates the prospect of their applications . to the earthquake prediction and the investigation of the geoelectrical structure in the earth.In addition,the nature of the impedance phase and its inversion interpretation which were ignored normally are emphasized.
