Investigation of the catalyzing transformation of Pt/H-SAPO-11 catalyst applied to heavy oil

Pt/H-SAPO-11 catalyst is prepared by platinum carried on SAPO-11 molecular zeolites. Pt/H-SOPA-11 catalyst is evaluated in 20 ml reaction unit with the material 150BS(Bright Stock) which is propane deasphalted oil after furfural refining. Yield of products, pour point and viscosity index of above 370 ℃ lubricating oil are investigated with the reaction condition of P=14.5 MPa, H/O=700 and WHSV=1.35 h~(-1). In this condition the results show that the yield of liquid which includes light fuel oil (boiling point 200 ℃ and 200~315 ℃), light lubricating oil (315~370 ℃) and lubricating oil (370 ℃) can reach 90%, lubricating oil's pour point is -15 ℃ and its viscosity index is 107.
