A study on inverse of dual lateral log in the low resistivity reservoir

During the inversion of the dual lateral log, The generalized inversion method is used to invert the three parameter (the radius of the invasion zone, the resistivity of the invasion zone, the resistivity of the destination formation) and eliminate the affect of invasion zone. The result of processing dual laterolog successive curve indicate that the inversion method performance well. At the same time the generalized inversion method enhanced the stability and the accuracy. The result of processing the actual log data of the low resistivity reservoir agree with the conclusion of the oil digging.
