Computation of normal points with their mean SSH of altimetry satellite

The normal points of the altimetry satellite are computed according to the frozen orbit of the altimetry satellite. The cubic B\|sample functions and the Stacking technique are applied to determine the mean SSHs at the normal points from the altimeter data of T/P, ERS\|1/2 and Geosat satellite, which improves the accuracy and resolution of the altimeter data. Finally, multi\|resolution marine gravity anomalies are determined from the mean SSH, and the STD of the marine gravity anomalies is mGal.
