Realizing 3D process for 2D prestack data by using common-azimuth wave equation DSR operator

CHEN Zhan-wen,CHEN Xiao-hong (School of Resources and Information,China University of Petroleum,Beijing 102249,China)
Wave equation migration can preserve the kinetic characteristics of wave field,so this paper applies common-azimuth prestack depth migration technology to realize 3D process for 2D seismic data. This method can make the CRP depth imaging and the interpolation of prestack data be completed simultaneously, and also it better resolve the problems of 2D data process such as incorrect imaging, difficulty of side-wave process, disclosure between inlines and crosslines.
