Study on fault division of Lishui sag in East China Sea basin

The gravity normalized angle is a common method for fracture identification, which is the ratio function of the first order and the vertical derivative, and the extreme value corresponds to the position of the structure and the boundary of the geological body. The method can have the advantages of different depth structure amplitude and improve the recognition ability of deep geological structure. Because of the data error, the result of regularized tilt Angle is local small extremum, so it is difficult to judge the existence and exact location of the fault according to the extreme feature. Regularization tilt Angle is deduced based on Euler equation and the position parameters of geological body linear equation, and according to the regularization of the Angle distribution to set up the corresponding equation calculation results screening criteria to obtain accurate structural location and boundary of the geological information. Theoretical models inversion results show that the method can accurately identify the boundary of the geological body, and we applied the method to divide the fault of Lishui sag of East China Sea basin, and we obtain several new strike-slip faults in the E-W direction relative to the existing results, which match with the characteristics of north-south component blocks of the sag, and the results also verified the influence of the Pacific subduction, and provide a reliable basis for the next oil and gas exploration plan.
