ABOUT C LAYER IN THE D REGION OF IONOSPHERE

YANG KE-JUN (Shaanxi Astronomical Observatory, Academia Sinica)  
In this paper, through analysing the characteristics of SPA and SPA of the LF sky wave signals, we discuss the profile of D region of ionosphere and find out that there is the C layer in D region having the characteristics of its change:1. The C layer does not appear in D region of ionosphere during the solar maximum activities;2. It becomes more and more obvious as time goes from solar maximum to minimum;3. The C layer in the winter is more obvious than in the summer.
