Concentration and Geochemical Behaviour of Tellurium in Guantian Pyrite Deposit
Huang Furong (Geological Institute for Chemical Minerals,MCL,Zhuozhou,Hebei)
Tellurium represent ,an important associated element,intensively concentrating in pyrite mineral as tsumoite、hedleyite and tellurobismuthite.This geochemical process can take place under such prerequisites as:pressure10 MPa;temperatures=140~220 ℃;salinity of Te-bearing hydrothermal solution12ω(NaCl) eq %;ionic type as SO 2- 4-K +-Ca 2+ ;pH=4.4~5.8; E h=-0.5V; f O 2 10 -25 ×10 5 Pa; f CO 2 10 1.8 ×10 5 Pa; f S 2 =(10 -11.93 ~10 -8.72 )×10 5 Pa Te_carrying hydrothermal solutions came from many sources,but predominantly from meteoric water during Te concentration.Tellurium migrated possibly in a form of 2- or -.Finally,the study correlated the Guantian Te_accompanying mineralization with the independant Dashuigou Te deposit.
