With the data observed in IOP, 1998 of GAME / Tibet. the characteristics of surface heating field, the components of surface heat fluxes, the drag coefficient CD and bulk transfer coefficient of sensible heat CH are analyzed. Some new concepts about the characteristics of both the flux densities and micrometeorology in the lower layer of the atmosphere above the northern Tibetan Plateau area are obtained.
