Development and Design on X-Ray Digital Imaging Detection Equipment of Aeronautic Carbon-carbon Composite Based on PLC Control

X-ray digital imaging detection device of aeronautic carbon-carbon composite is X-ray inspection equipment for the small and medium-sized pivotal composite material parts in the aeronautic manufacturing industry. In accordance with the characteristics of the detected product, six degrees of freedom of the front and back, left and right, up and down is designed, it can realize forms of movement of rotation and inclination. The transmission system adopts stepper motor and servo motor to drive, harmonic reducer and worm reducer to decelerate, rolling bearings to support and rolling linear guideway to guide, ball screw and gear to transmit. The control system uses a modular structure PLC control to complete the implementation of the specific motion control. In the device, the speed regulating range is form 0.1 to 3.0m/min, the positioning error is less than 0.2mm, the motor linkage error is less than 1ms (a PLC program scan cycle). According to detection requirements of detected workpiece, real-time multi-angle and all-position X-ray digital imaging detection is achieved.
