In Vitro Indentification of Human Gastric Ganccr-Specific Transfer Factor Activity

Yang An'gang(Department of Biochemistry)
Human gastric cancer-specific murinc transfer factor (murine Sp-TF) was prepared from the spleens of mice immunized with the cells of cultured human gastric cancer cell line (MGc803). Human gastric cancer-specific goat transfer factor (goat Sp-TF) was prepared from the spleens of goats immunized with antigen from gastric cancers of patients. 3H-leucine labeled leukocyte migration inhibition assay (3H-Leu LM1 assay) was modified to identify the activity both murine Sp-TF and goat Sp-TF. These results show that murine Sp-TF has antigen-specific activity, and so does goat Sp-TF.
