The lymphatic node and spleen cells of the pig which immunized with hepatitis B vaccine produced interleukin-2 (IL-2) by PHA stimulated. It was observed that at usage 50, 100, 200μg/ml of PHA, during 24, 40, 48, 72 h incubation time influence the production of IL-2. The results showed that suitable condition of lymphatic node cell was 200μg/ml PHA, spleen cell was 100μg/ml. Incubation time of both was 40 h.
