Connotation and Idea of Operation of an Earning Model——"Metro Management+Property Development"

Metro construction usually adds value to the land and properties along the metro route.This added-value is externalized in mainland of China.The core of establishing an earning model is to return the accompanied benefit to the metro project's investor via policy support channel.After elaborating the connotation of "metro management+benefit return",the theoretical earning model,the authors put forward,from policy-operation point of view,a practical earning model "metro management+property development",discussed the relation between metro management and property development,and expressed their thoughts on metro's property development by a non-legal entity and in a form of cooperation with a metro company as the major owner/partner.Management flow of metro's property development was also proposed.
