THE PROBABILISTIC MODELING OF PROTECTION SYSTEM AND ITS EFFECT ON COMPOSITE SYSTEM RELIABILITY

This paper proposes a probabilistic model forprotection system including relays, breakers and reclosures,discusses the effect of this model on generation and transmis-sion system's reliability. The computer algorithms are imple-mented by the Monte-Carlo simulation and the results of theRBTS are given.
