RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF EXTENDED-TYPE LOAD FLOW CALCULATION

The extended-type load flow calculation, i.e., to extend the node types in conventional power flow calculation, is presented in this paper. The presented calculation method not only can be applied to conventional power flow calculations, but also can be used for some special applications. The definition of extended-type load flow calculation, its iterative formulae and the method of decomposing divisor table for pivot element modification are given. And this method is applied to solve the nonuniformity of data domain in EMS/DMS integration. The correctness of the presented algorithm is verified by calculation examples.
