Coordination Model and Algorithm of Energy-Saving Power Generation Dispatching Based on Time Scale

SHANG Jin-cheng (Henan Grid Power Exchange Center,Zhengzhou 450052,Henan Province,China)  
Based on the principles of multi-level coordination and level-by-level refinement, a time-scale based coordination model for energy-saving power generation dispatching and corresponding algorithm are proposed, in which not only the constraints of continuous reliable power supply at current time segment and the optimization objectives for current time segment with those for previous one and next one are considered to ensure the fluency and continuity of dispatching, and implement the objectives of energy-saving and decreasing pollution emission utmostly. The proposed model offers a theoretical basis for the development of technical supporting system for decision-making of energy-saving power generation dispatching.
