Research on Key Technologies for Comprehensive Energy Conservation in Distribution Network

Due to the drawbacks of existing energy conservation technologies for distribution network such as insufficiency of their performances,lack of serialized key technologies and inherent defects of energy conservation devices,in this paper a hybrid high quality energy conservaton system of dynamic reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression for HV distribution network,a hybrid low-cost high-efficiency and energy-saving reactive power compensator for LV distribution network and an optimal real-time reactive power dispatching system for global optmimization and energy consevation are proposed and corresponding energy conservation devices are developed.On the basis of analyzing topological structures of the proposed systems and compensator in depth,corresponding control approaches are put forward.Simulation results and on-site application show that the proposed energy conservation technologies can solve problems of existing energy conservation technologies for distribution networks effectively to ensure secure and stable operation of distribution networks and can reduce energy losses in HV distribution networks obviously.
