Analysis on Power Grid Safety Assessment System

A certain specified power grid to be evaluated should be regarded as a generalized nodal system,meanwhile the influences from power source side,consumer side and that from other power grids via tie-lines on the security of such a generalized nodal system should be taken into account.In this paper the main factors affecting power grid security are analyzed and a method to quantitatively analyze uncertain factors by three indices,namely the variation quantity,the variation rate and the sensitivity coefficient,is proposed;and a three-level index system for power grid security evaluation is constructed.An overall power grid evaluation model based on multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as well as a method to decide the weight based on analytical hierarchy process with group decision making and information entropy are given.Results of calculation examples show that the proposed evaluation system can evaluate and analyze the overall security of power grid effectively.
