CIM Extension of Active Distribution Network and Design of Its Standard Example

Although there are a variety of distribution network management systems from different manufacturers,there is still not a unified common information model(CIM) and interface standard for application systems,and it leads to lots of information silos.Based on IEC 61968 and IEC 61970 standards,the three-phase model of distribution network,distribution generation model and energy storage device model were extended and a method for the extension of CIM was proposed to meet the demand in power flow calculation,unit commitment,economic dispatching and time-domain simulation.Meanwhile,a standard example system for active distribution network was designed,and the export and import of CIM/XML were verified.
