Study on the Relativity between Instructor's Academic Ability and Teaching Effect in Universities

This paper probes the relativity between instructors' academic ability and teaching ability in the universities,which is based on the data from teaching evaluation and academic achievements during the three years in UIBE. The conclusion shows that,there is no evidence of linear relativity in the reality,and teaching and academic research can't be promoted and improved inherently and interactively. And then the paper analyzes the possible reasons and provides several suggestions.
