Feasibility Experimental Study of Pyrite as a Solar Cell Materials

Experiments carried out on pyrite ultraviolet,visible,infrared spectroscopy,to obtain pyrite full spectrum of sunlight absorption rate data.On this basis we have focused on the dye-sensitized solar cells photocathode Experimental Research.I prepared a thin film solar cells of pyrite and graphite for the solar cell photocathode solar cells,the characterization of various thin-film morphology.Finally,we have the performance of each battery were measured comparison.Then expect that the pyrite is a possible substitute of the Silicon as the cardinal photovoltaic semiconductor material to prepare for the solar cell.
