ADVANCES AND PROBLEMS ON QINGHAI-XIZANG PLATEAU METEOROLOGY RESEARCH

In this paper, firstly, a review of the advances in Qinghai-Xizang plateau meteorology research has been made,which reviews the major progresses in Qinghai-Zizang plateau meteorology of recent 50 years at home and abroda from the fourfold:the plateau synop- tics, plateau climatology, general circulation of atmosphere over the plateau and its neigh- bourhood, plateau numerical prediction and simulation, Then, some suggestions and re- marks on the Qinghai-Zizang plateau meteorology research have been given as well.
