Map Scaling Method in Mobile Devices Based on Interval

According to the research of the disadvantages of speed method which is used in the map scaling in mobile devices at present,this essay expounded a new method which was based on interval.Using Android mobile developed platform and Google Maps as application development environment and data sources.It introduced the realization process of this method.Interval method was not based on the speed for scaling map,but on the screen coordinates.Finally,this essay did not only solve approximate error of speed method,but also provided a new thinking mode to handle map scaling in mobile devices.
