Thinking of the quality enhancement of female librarians and expansion of their careers

The article makes an analysis of the historical,social and personal factors which hinder the expansion of careers of the female librarians.The author holds that females librarians should know themselves,recognize and respect themselves and foster the concept of life-long learning and to be fond of,to be in honor of,to be interested in and to be expert in their careers.they can certainly meet the requirements of library's work under the network environment by drawing assistance,care and support from the society.
