On the quantum mechanical treatment of a RLC mesoscopic circuit

LING Rui-liang,WU Juan-hua(Department of Physics and Electronic Science,Changshu Institute of Technology,Changshu,Jiangsu 215500,China)  
Starting from the canonical transformation technique and the method of the Feynman's path integral,we obtain the exact wave function of a RLC mesoscopic circuit.The quantum fluctuations of charge and generalized current are also given.
