Analysis and Comparisons for Properties of Vacuum Contact Materials

The property of vacuum contact material plays an important part in reliability of vacuum apparatus. According to the applied properties of vauious vacuum contact materials, the electrical properties of the sorted materials are analyzed and compared, the regularities are comprehended and summed up,which would be helpful for designing and applying new vacuum contact materials.
