Relationship Between Workers' Satisfaction on Jobs and Organizational Commitment: A Comparative Research Based on State-Owned and Private Enterprises

A survey of 439 employees of enterprises shows that the integrated job satisfaction and organizational commitment and other dimensions are significantly related to each other both in state-owned enterprises and private enterprises.The results show that the intrinsic job satisfaction and the extrinsic job satisfaction in state-owned enterprises both have remarkable prediction ability to organizational commitment,while in private enterprises only the extrinsic job satisfaction has the remarkable prediction ability to organizational commitment.
