Three dimension FEM numerical simulation of tube necking-in spinning process

Yanshang University Zhang Tao Lin GangBeiman Special Steel Co.Ltd. Zhou Jinglong  
The spinning necking in process is analysed by the ANSYS software considering the effects of the material hardening and friction boundary conditions on the process for the tubes of different thicknesses.The isolines of stress and strain are given.Also,the effects of spinning wheel angles on spinning force are discussed.Further,the process parameters can be determined properly on basis of the analysis results.
