Progressive die with automatic feed by hook for piercing and blanking

The structure and operating principle of the progressive die with automatic feed by hook for piercing and blanking used on a general press were described.The blank layout form was presented.Taking upper die traveling down as the power,the die was fed by a mechanism of cam driver and slide block as well as the hook mechanically jointed on the slide block.There was a mechanism for avoiding strip back on the die following right move of the slide block and the hook.The die could finish the working procedures of auto-feed,piercing and blanking by single stroke of the press.The die is compact in structure,reliable in running,convenient in operation and high in production efficiency.
