Research on dynamic mechanical property of super alloy A286 at room temperature

To achieve the numerical simulation of plastic deformation at room temperature and make forming process parameters reasonably,the solution treated A286 rheological mechanics behavior of different strain rates at room temperature was studied by Gleeble-1500D testing machine to discuss the plastic flow stress influence mechanism of strain and strain rate on solution treatment A286.The experimental results show that due to the strain-hardening and the softening caused by adiabatic effect competition,in the high strain rate and strain conditions,the flow stress drops.Solution treated A286 has certain degree of strain rate sensitive.The yield strength increases as strain rate increases at compression condition,when ε=0.65,no break happens,it has a good plasticity.Fitting dynamic plastic constitutive relation of solution treated A286 by simplified Johnson-Cook(J-C) constitutive model was got.The model calculation results and the experimental results show that the model can well predict plastic flow stress in cold deformation of solution treated A286.
