Research on Auto-design of Blanking Dies Based on UG Platform

On the basis of further investigation to the secondary development technologies of UG software and the design characteristics of blanking dies,the auto-design method of blanking dies with its technology and process has been researched,and a model system has been developed as well.This system can be used to help designers to complete a series of tedious works,such as designing punch and die,selecting and assembling the die base,an00d so on.Thus,the design cycle and the intensity of labor have been shortened and lowered significantly,and the error caused by the designer has been reduced,which can improve the intelligence and automatic level of the blanking die method.
