Study on Flow Stress of Powder Metallurgy Molybdenum at Hot Deformation

The true flow stress-true strain curves of powder metallurgy Molybdenum have been achieved by using Gleebel 3800 themo-simulator through hot compression experiment of pure mo at high temperature.The experiments have been carried out at deformation temperatures of 1100℃~1250℃,strain rates of 11.5s-1~23s-1,and deformed degree of 0.7.The influence of different deformation temperatures and deformation rates to the flow stress has been analyzed.The mathematic model of flow stress for pure mo has been established by using multiple linear regression analysis method.
